Lord Merrivale said that later Mr. Booth sent his wife an hotel bill, and stated that he had been advised by some lawyers who were experts in divorce; that he had gone to a London hotel,, where he wrote his own name on an identification sheet and the fictitious name of "Daisy Booth" on another.

Lord Merrivale added that he did not propose to grant a decree on that allegation, but there was proof. of misconduct, with persons un- known contained in the correspon- dence, and Mrs. Booth would be granted a decree nii on that part of the case, with costs.
