Hechse, a Chinese seaman was fined 813, with the alternative of two weeks' hard labour, by Commander G. F. Hole, at the Marine Court yesterday morning. Five mistresses of passenger boats were each fired 85 for mooring their boats in the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter without written permission. Three mistresses and a master of other hants were fined $3 for failing to produce their licenses.
