Mix thoroughly then add one egg, alightly besten, and the heart, liver and tender parts of the gizzard, chopped fine, and partially boiled. Some cooks prefer to beat the lat in a pan, add the soaked bread, and then add the egg and seasoning. A little pork or liver sausage can be used instead of the chicken liver and gizzard,
