CANTON, Jan. 97th. The Governments of Kwangtung, Kings and Hunan are co-operat ing, under a military agreement, in an intensive campaign against the Communist-bandits on the mountain borderland between these three pro-
vinces. It has taken a great deal of negotiating and arrangement to launch the campaign and previous discussions on the subject have fallen through, because of the pre occupation of one or other Govern meat in afairs requiring more im- mediate attention.
