Expressing a hope that efforts will be made to unify the leans of certain foreign Governmenta, the Financial Times (London) states that, taking Chinese bonds alone, there are 10 different sets of prices quoted in the Official List. If a genuine effort is made to introduce order into the financial chaos of China, one result is likely to be the merging of outstanding loans, with the exception, perhaps, of three or four, into one large issue.
