Marine Court Cases.
Two mistresses and a master of cargo boats were before Commian- der G. F.. Hole, at the Marine Court yesterday morning for being moored inside the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter without a permit. All three defendants pleaded not guilty. Evidence was given by the Police officer who made the arrests to the effect that the two mistresses were actually tied up inside the Breakwater, the third defendant was coming out of the Shelter at the time.
