The majority of women have learnt to take a reasonable amount of care over the skin of their faces, and the way in which they apply But there are make-up, if any. still far too many women who for get that their necks also are de ficate in texture, and very much in the public eye.

This is a pity; because the better a complexion is down to the chin, the more it will show up any blemishes, discolouration of rough- ness of texture there may be on the throat or neck.

If you can spare ten minutes for the daily cleansing, and refreshing of your face, you can surely spend another five or so on your neck.

Hot sunshine and cold winds work havoc on any delicate skin. that is not adequately protected. Dust and fog make matters worse, and add discolouration to coarse- nees of texture.
