Hitherto business was done under a contract to the effect that in case of any question arising regarding quality, etc., suck dispute was to be settled by arbitration in Lon- don. During the past two years several decisions have been given against the Chinese dealers, result ing, in lasses to them.

In a letter sent by the Chinese Genera.
