With regard to the second point that the Bureau and not plaintiff should have been the plaintiff in this action. It is true that plaintif is the acredited representative of the Bureau here, but there is no evidence that he is a salaried official of the Bureau and thas the Bureau is entitled to everything he earne for his personal services here. The plaintiff stated that he merely pays the Bureau a commission on what he earns. This was not disputed... He claims for his own personal services, and I see no reason why he should not.
I give judgment for plaintiff for claim' and costs.
