Mr. Justice Humphreys, who con

Medical evidence was given by Dr. J. E. Dovey who said that death was due to multiple fractures, shock and chassion. Death'ap peared to have taken place within 36. hours of the examination.
Evidence of this finding of the
body was also given by Inspector
James, who said that the deceased
appeared to be of the better class of coolie woman. It was very im probable that the woman jumped or fell from the bridge, while there were no signs of a struggle in the vicinity. Witness had formed the opinion that the deceased had been knocked down by a train.
