Returned emigrants from abroad often fall a prey of scheming, wo- men. A very peculiar story was told to the Police yesterday when a young Chinese girl was brought into the charge room.
It was stated by ber accuser, a Chinese who had returned from America last year, that she had de- frauded him of $40,000. The max broker.
