Accounts Passed.
With these remarks the Chair- man, proposed the adoption of the report and Recounts as presented. Mr. Sutherland said 'he, had much pleasure in reconding the proposal ind endorsing the Chairman's re- marks on the good work done by the officers. The report was fall of interesting matter and the finan cial position was sound. it was pleasing to see the good feeling that existed between the Services and the Club and he hoped the incoming Committee will do their best to foster it. The proposal was carried Unanimously, no questions being asked.
Election Of Officers. Mr. A. L. Shields was re-elected as Commodore amid much applause The Hon. Mr. A. C. Hynes was elected as Vice-Commodore in place of Lieut.-Colonel H. B. G. Gunn, D.S.O. R.A., who, as the Chairman' announced, will be shortly leaving the Colony. The re-election of Mr. H. S. Rouse as Rear-Commodore was alen very popular. Proposals were all unanimously carried. Mrs. H. S. Rouse was re-elected as Hon. Librarian, the Chairman comment- ing on the amount of, work entailed in cataloguing the books, which she had carried through with great success and for which the Club was greatly indebted to her.
