The Canton vernacular Press publishes to-day an interview which its Nanking correspondent recently had with Marshal Li Taxi Hsin prior to his departure for Peking. The interview divulges "the object of Marsha! Li's mission to the North and throws A considerable light on the Kwangtung situation as regards its armics, political trend, finances and programme of reconstruction.
