AGAINST PIRATES.

[BY LONGSHOREMAN, ]

The sa San Nam Hoi of the West River run is perhaps the most up to date vessel on the run with re- gard to protection against piratas. The Bridge is very heavily armour- ed, while a very useful idea has been embodied in a full protection and bullet proof cabin for the wire less operator. This cabin is at all times locked, and entrance would be execedingly difficult.
