The Japanese vessel Sadegura Haru arriving in port yesterday from Canton, reports having left Canton of the 12th instant for Keelung, but was forced, on count of bad weather, to put back into Hong Kong,

The master states that they on- countered being bad weather near Buitau Bay and anchorage there til the 19th instant. The vessel being short of coal was obliged to put back into this part.
