HONG KONG BANKER'S OPINION OF CURRENCY PROBLEM.

Considerable progress has Boen made with zegard to the efforts of the Canton Government to provide stabilised currency. Negotiations for a long have been in progress for some time and a number of parties interested have now agreed. verbally that the inatone Banking i Corporation should have full dis cretionary powers to deal with the Canton Government in the matter of a substantial lona.
