With thirteen arrival, and 17. departures for the 24 hours ended nca.m. on Saturday, there were 11,3 tons of cargo entered for local discharge, of which five British ships brought 5,805 tons, the best anary being 4,500 tons of eduh and general. At the Marine Court on Satur day morning, the master of the steam launch Hap. Wo was fined 910, or ten days' hard labour for failing to observe the rule of the road. The case is to be brought to the notics of the Harbour Master as there has been a previous con" viction for a similar offence.
The master of the steam launch Hang Shun was fined 85, or five days hard labour in defauit, for failing to observe the rule of the road.
