With regard to Bluhm's statement as to receiving about 8300 or 8400 from Christie, he (Mr. Lensk) had had no oppor tunity to cross-examine Bluhm, as the case was suddenly terminated by Mr. Lindsell.
The case was adjourned until this afternoon when Haynes will be cross-examined.
