Reuter states that it is reported that 50,000 Cantonese troops, apparently opposed to General Tang Seng Chi, have appeared in South Kiangsi.

The whole of the 90th Nationalist Army" has crossed the Yangtze at Chinking, and, during the past week, some 20,000 troops have been withdraw from the Shanghai area and from Hangchow.

Military oficials are systematically and forcibly detaining all vessels at several points on the Upper Yangtaze until they purchase their release.

Fengtien forces claims to have captured Kaocheng and to have surrounded Chengteh.
