The proposed Military Council in Canton, when finally organised, will have control over the ith Army Corps commanded by General Li Tsai Hein, the 20th division of the Ist Corps; the 19th division of the Cth Carps; the 8th Army Corps: the 16th Army Corps and various troops in Kwangsi, Yunnan and Kweichow.
