Senhor Arthur Tamagnini de Souza Barbosa, the Governor of Macao, welcomed by H.E the Governor of Hong Kong (Sir Cecil Clementi, K.C.M.G.) and a distinguished gathering of Navai, Military. The lavish scale of the reception by the Government of this Colony to the Governor of Macno was greatly appreciated by the Portuguese community in Hong Kong Sir Cecil Clementi's extreme kindness and courtesy on this occasion was the subject of general remark at the Club Lusitano on Saturday.
