The Bonds will be issued in denominations of $1,000, $5,000 and $10,000, payable, to Bearer with half-yearly interest coupons attached payable 1st MÁY and 137 NOVEMBER at the office of the Hond KONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION, Hong Kong.

"Application will be received by the HONG KONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPOLATION, Hong Kong, from whom the necessary printed forms can be obtained. Such applications must be for $1,000 or any multiple thereof and be accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent of the amount applied for.

Applications may be accepted in whole or in part, and in the event of partial allotment the surplus amount paid, as deposit will be appropriated towards the payment of the balance due on allotment.
