Although, both on paper and in words, Russia has disavowed all intention of expansionism, the Japanese press has refused to be led away by plausible prétexts and phrases. They know that Outer Mongolin already has been virtual- ly incorporated by Moscow and Russian is now, according to the Japanese papers, extending her grasp towards Sinkiang Province, with the object of bringing that vast area under her influence. Publicists here think that, it will be but a matter of time before Sinking will be converted into member of the Union of Secialist Soviet Republics and China's sover eignty abolished therefrom.
