Benjamin Charles Spoor, of Tower-road, Darlington, M.F. for the neigh bonring division of Bishop Auck land, and formerly Chief Whip of the Labour party, appeared at Darlington Police Court yesterday to answer Aummonses for being drunk in charge of a motor car and driving to the public danger en July 26th. Ho pleaded guilty.
