KAI SHEK'S RETURN.
Kiangnan Arsenal, which is situated near Shanghai's Interna tional Settlement and in elose proximity to the French Concession, has had a visit from a Northera aeroplane, which dropped at least four bombs. Apparently most of the shots were not very accurate, as little damage was done. One of the bombs, dropped into the Arsenal yard and injured a workman.

The Northerners, who appear to have been paying particular attention to Woosung Forts of late, have again returned to the Awall Fort at the worth of the Yangtaze, some fifteen miles from Shanghai On this occasion, it appears that some twenty shots were exchanged with the usual-result-little daunago being done by either side and a speedy withdrawal being made by the gallant Beet.
