FENG JUNIOR HEARTILY DENOUNCES
FENG SENIOR.
Evidently the Hankow "Moderates " and the dejected Nankingites, intend to overlook their differences and join forces with headquarters at Nanking.
The Hankowites appear to be actually on their way to Nanking, and it will be interesting to note how they get along now that the Bolshevist representatives have been eliminated.
It would appear that the civilian members are more inclined to come to a friendly settlement than are the military members, as it is reported that at least two of Nanking's generals have gone off on their own and are probably pondering on which aide they will next appear.
Meanwhile, the victorious North are gradually advancing on Nanking, and there can be little doubt that it will be in their pesscasion before long.
Marshal Feng appears to have rather over-reached himself in his may recent divagations, with the result that, with the departure of Chiang Kai Shek (to whom he seems latterly to have been genuinely attached) he finds himself wanted neither by the one side not the other. Perhaps that "fellow-feeling" that is said to make us "wondrous kind" will cause the reconstituted Kuomintang to look more complacently towards the ex-Christian General than they appear to be inclined to do at present,
