PUBLISHED TO-DAY

DURING THE PAST WEEK THERE HAVE

BEEN ANOTHER TYPHOON AND ANOTHER PIRACY IN HONG KONG WATERS.

The piracy was committed on a Norwegian ship and has roused the Norwegian Government to suggest concerted action by the Powers against Bias Bay.

Short reports of the piracy have been cabled to all parts of the world. The details should be made known as widely as possible. The fullest details are given in the HONG KONG WEEKLY PRESS.

The typhoon fortunately did little damage but every former resident in the Colony will be interested to read of our narrow escape.

The WEEKLY, which gives a summary of all important news and a full record of every important local event, should be sent Home regularly.
