A searching analysis of the Soviet policy of world revolution was made, and the reasons for which it must be considered, fail wete given by Viscount Grey of Falledon, addressing members of the Aldwych Club at luncheon at the Connaught

Moscow, Lord Grey said, differed from every other country in the world in pursuing a policy of world
