The Shantung, one of the China Navigation Company's ships ar rived in Hong Kong yesterday morning from Shanghai. This ship usually carries two mates and three engineers, but the second mate and the third engineer havo joined the strikers. The ship is at present running with the mate and a Chi- nese third engineer.
