SUANGHAI, April 25th.
A circular telegram, signed by Generala Yueng Shu Chong, Ho Ying Yan, Pei Chung Hoi and Ching Cham, has been issued sup- porting the Nationalist Government to be established at Nanking, which, the it says, is based legally on resolutions paid by the Plenary Session of the Central Executive Committee and the "Court of Im- peachmen. The hope is expressed that all loyal Kuomintang members at Hankow or elsewhere will go to Nanking to attend to their duties.
