SPEECH DAY ON SATURDAY.

A high preeentage of examination success and the steady progress of the New Building Fund despite the trade depression-were reported at the St. Stephen's College prize distribution in the Great Hall of the University on Saturday. The Chairman was Dr. S. W. Tao, and a large number of parents and friends were present.
