THE DOMINANT MORALITY OF CHINESE OFFICIALDOM

AND ITS MEANING IN HARD CASH.

[BY J. O. P. BLAND, TROK THE "ENGLISH. REVIEW."]

Recently we published an article from the English Review" by a Chinese,"Mencius Junior" who whole-heartedly advocated active intervention by Foreign Powers against the forces of dis order now disrupting China. The same periodical followed up this article by another from the pen of Mr. J. O. P.
