The s.8. President Van Buren, on voyage ten, and now en route for Manila, and from thence vi ports to Europe and back to New York, arrived in Hong Kong at 7.m. yesterday.

The liner had afty passengers, of whom five disembarked at Hong Kang, and over 7,000 tons of cargo, 019 tons of which was discharged here. Included in the Hong Kong cargo were the following:-
