I am fully convinced that the standard of Second Division Cricket this year has greatly improved- though I do not think that the same can be said for the First Division. In the latter Civil Service lead still but I don't think it will be for lung. The only change is that Craigengover go up, while H.K.C.C. and Kowloon drop a couple of potential points apiece through their draw. In the Second Division IR.C. and Becreio tie head with precisely similar records. Police have the same number of points but have played an extra match...
