G. F. Hole, at the Marine Court, yesterday morning, when the master of a passenger motor launch was charged with allowing his vessel to be under way without a certificated coxswain on board. It appeared that the helma was entrusted to an engineer, and his Warship asked if the engineer had also been summoned. When informed that the master was tak ing all responsibility, his Worship said that he considered both were responsible, and ordered that the engineer should be served with a summons.
