Before Major C. Willson at the Central Magistracy yesterday there were several traffic cases disposed of
A Chinese car driver, summoned for negligent driving in Garden Road, where he was stated to have cut in front of a number of soldiers on the march, was fined $15.
Another Chinese driver, summoned for using a private car for public hire, and, further, for speeding at Praya East, was fined $20. It was elated that there were American sailors as passengers in the
