The CHAIRMAN said:-Unfortunately, were not, so successful this year as last, and although there is a balance to carry forward to the next account of 81,431.98, this is accounted for by the transfer of 87.000 from General Reserve, This reserve was set aside to meet special contingencies, and your Directors feel sure that you will agree with them when they say that this is an occasion to call upon this reserve.
