At alm. yesterday there were 78 vessels in harbour, of which 3 Were British. The arrivals during the twenty- four hours ended at a.m. yesterday numbered 13, eis, four British, one Dutch, one Norwegian, six Japanese and one Chinese. Departures over the same period came to eight, with clearances for the same time numbering the same. The departures were for the following ports: Shanghai, one German, one Danish and one Chinese: Amoy, one British and one Dutch; Vladivostock, one Norwegian; Kobe, one British; Saigon, one British. Clearances were as under :-For Anoy, one British; for Singapore, two British and one Japanese: for Keelung, one Japanese Shanghai, one British and one Dutch; for Kwang Chow Wan, Portuguese.
