NEW BUILDINGS OPENED BY

FRENCH CONSUL CONFIDENCE IN COLONY. The new buiklings of the local branch of the Banque de L'Indo Chine, situated at No. 1, Queen's Road, were officially opened at noon yesterday by Mona Dufaure de la Prade, Consul-General for France.
