The week-end shipping statement show. ed that the number of vessels in barbour at 9 a.m. on Saturday was 57, of which 27 were British. At the same hours yes terday morning, there were 56 vessels in harbour, of which 23 were British.
During the twenty-four hours.ended at 9 a.m. on Saturday ten vessels arrived. wit, three British, two American, dne Dutch, one German and three Japanese. The departures over the same period came to cleven; with four clearances. During the twenty-four hours ended at 9 a.m. yesterday eleven vessels arrived,
