[FROM OUR CHINESE CORRESPONDENT:]| The Kuomintang Government is stated to be divided on the Customs questions in Canton. It is hinted that General Chiang Kai Shek is blaming Mr. Wang Ching Wei and Dr. C. O. Wu, Mr. T. V. Seong and others responsible for direct ing the strike and boycott for not having exercised sufficient control and given proper advice to the pickets. It is stated, however, that General Chiang whe in favour of taking over the Native Customs within of Swatow, the thing which first called for draatic action from Peking regarding the Canton situation.
