HONGKONG SKIPPING,
The shipping statement for yesterday showed that the number of vessels in the harbour at 9 a.rà. was 75, of which 41 were British.
The arrivals for the twenty-four hours ended at 9 am, yesterday aämbered ten, is-six British, one French, one American, one Japanese and one Chinese. The arrivals included four vessels from coust ports. The departures over the same period came to ten, including one for a coast port: with two clearances.

SHIPPING MOVEMENTS,
The R.M.S. Empress of Russia arrived at Kobe on February 10th, left at 10 m. on Thursday, and is due at Yoko- hama at 7 a.m. to-day.
The B.I. and Apcar Line 8.3" Tilava" left Kobe for this port on the morning of the 11th, with the outward English mails, and is due to arrive here on the 16th at 8 EL.
