POST OFFICE NOTICE

NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS.

THE HONGKONG DAILY PRESS, FRIDAY, JANUARY 18T, 1926

On Friday, the 1st January, 1926, and Saturday, the 2nd January, the G.P.O. and Branch Poen Udicen will be open, as follows

The P.O-Friday, 8 am to 9 am, and Saturday, 8 am to noon. Kowloon Branch-friday, 8am to 9 mm, and Saturday, 8 am, to M am. Wantsai, Shaungwan, Bairingpan and Yaamad Branches-8 am to 9 m

each day.

There will be one collection from the pillas-boxes and one delivery of ordinary correspondence each day as on Sundays, and also, one delivery of registered correspondence cach day at 9 am.

The Money Order Office will be entirely closed during the Holidays.

The Radio Service has reverted to normal hours of working. Messages may be handed in at any hour of the day or night during General Post Office hours at Badio Counter, Main Hall, at all other times messges should be taken through the corner entrance at Pedder Street and Des Voeux Road to the Radio Office on the 3rd floor of the building, those dears will be closed after 10 p.m. but admittance may be obtained by ringing the night-bell

The Parcel Post Service to Canton is résumed.

Radio Trafic with Canton, and Swatow is suspended until Farther notice. Interport Radio Telegrams are subject to delay.

Messages in Code must have name of Code used included in texL.
