The RM.S. Empress of C'anader arrived
from Manila yesterday morning and later in the day went to Taikoo Dock for the annual overhaul and repairs. The Em- rres of "Axin is at the Hongkong and Whampoa Company's Dock. The latter vessel ils for Vancouver on January 7th and the former ship on January 22nd. The Empress of Russia will be the next vessel to go to Dock for overhaul on January 6th, sailing again for Yan- couver on February ath; while the E- press of Australia will be decked on her arrival here from Vancouver for which part she leaves Hongkong, following the repairs, on February 19th.
