DEFENDANT WINS IN LAMMERT- HIND CASE
These were
some of the rulings by Mr. Justice Wood yesterday, when he gave judgment for Mr. W. B. Hind, the defendant in an action heard in the Sum mary Court on Tuesday, when Messrs. Lammert Bros. auctioneers, Duddell Street, sued him for payment of $200, incurred by his wife in the purchase of goods on April 14th and June 3th, 1925.
Mr. Armstrong was for plaintiffs, and Mr. Hind defended himself.
His Lordship, giving judgment, said that
