Playing at Sookunpoo, the Royal Navy defeated the Indians by 50 runs and a wicket in hand." The Indiana scored 124 runs, H. D. Rumjahn contributing 33 not out. Iamil was the best bowler, with 4 for 36.
The Navy knocked up 107 runs for the loss of two wickets, and another four wickets brought the score to a tie. The score eventually totalled 163 for nine wickets. Mid Stephenson scored 60, Lt. Hussey 42, and Lt. Sillitoe 26 not out. Lt. Sillitoe also took two wickets for four
