A feature of the swimming sports was the particularly fine diving exhibition car- ried out by some of those participating in the water. events, and an excellent dive from the top platform by Miss M. George very warmly applanded. Miss as George has the honour of being the first. lady to ever live from the top platform, which is, feet above the water.
