Since the occupation of Swatow by General Chan Kwing Ming's forces people are keenly watching the situation in anticipation of further developments, in the nature of an anti-Bolshevik campaign. The first step to be taken is to capture Chiuyang and Kityang and then attack Wailoi and Poaning.
