This Congress corresponds in the Orient to the International Medical Congress or Europe, and was organized in 1910 to promote the science and art of medicine in general in the Far East. This year it will be held under the auspices of the Japanese Government from October 12th to 31st. The most eminent physicians aud scientists of this hemisphere are expected to attend, says the Japan
