We give below the full text of two official communications addressed. by the British Chargé d'Affaires (Mr. C. M. Palairet, C.M.G.) to the Chinese Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Shen Jui Lin), with regard to the Shameen incident on June 23rd.
